How does the crew get into our premises outside business hours?
Access is planned with you at the start of the contract: a key, an access card, a code or the alarm system, depending on your facility and the building's rules.
Do you respect the confidentiality of our premises?
Yes. The crew cleans clear surfaces and respects the confidentiality of the premises, which matters in offices and clinics.
Products and methods
Which products do you use?
We use eco-friendly products to clean all of your spaces.
Do you offer disinfection?
Yes. Disinfection is part of daycare and clinic cleaning. It can also be requested as a one-time service for any type of facility, for example after a contagious illness.
Do you take care of floors?
Yes. Washing floors is part of regular cleaning, and more intensive floor care can be requested separately, based on the floor surface.

What time do you clean?
Outside your business hours. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: in the evening, overnight or on weekends.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. Service is available 7 days a week, weekends included.
How often should cleaning be done?
It depends on the type of facility and the traffic: every evening, a few times a week, once a week or as a one-time service. Each service page lists the options.
